Access Information

Wheelchair Users and Ambulant Disabled
Globe Education offers accessible workshop spaces and lecture rooms. Please specify the number of wheelchair users at the time of booking.

Deaf or hearing impaired people
Please discuss individual needs at the time of booking. At present, the Globe does not provide sign language interpreted workshops.

Blind or visually impaired people
Please discuss individual needs at the time of booking.

Special Educational Needs

All programmes, from Key Stages 2, up to Post-Graduate level, can be tailor-made for groups with special educational needs in consultation with the group leader.

Globe Education public events are booked through the Shakespeare's Globe Box Office:

Public Events take place in the Nancy W Knowles Lecture Theatre which is accessible by lift and contains a LOOP system. Please advise the Box Office at time of booking.

Globe Education Online

Globe Education Online offers a range of information and resources for anyone who wishes to discover more about Shakespeare’s theatre, plays and contemporaries. Audio interview and high quality images are available for those not able to visit in person.
