The Friends of Shakespeare’s Globe are at the heart of the Globe today. Originally founded in 1985 to support and share Sam Wanamaker’s dream of rebuilding Shakespeare’s Globe on Bankside, the Friends now support and fund a range of Globe Theatre and Globe Education projects.
Today, there are nearly 6000 dedicated and invaluable Friends who support the Globe in many ways and all enjoy a range of membership benefits.
