Shakespeare's Globe Lecture

An introductory lecture on the relationship between architecture, actor and audience. How did playing conditions in the original Globe influence scripts written for it? References can be made to plays that groups are seeing or studying. The 90-minute session includes a guided visit to the Globe Theatre.

October to April: Monday to Friday at 10.00, 11.00 & 14.00
May to September: Monday to Friday at 10.00, 11.00 & 12.30
Weekend lectures are occasionally available by prior arrangement.

£8.00 per person (minimum charge of £150 per lecture)
Group Leader free / Teaching staff free

We can accommodate up to 120 persons per lecture.

Entry to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition can be added for an extra £3.50 per head.
