How to book
Booking procedure
All bookings must be made using a Lively Action booking form
Alternatively, please phone +44 (0)20 7902 1433 and we will send you a booking form.
We regret we cannot accept any bookings by telephone.
Please give as many alternative dates as possible when completing your form.
All applications are dealt with on a first come, first served basis.
If we cannot meet any of your alternative options we will fax or call you to discuss your booking.
We aim to respond to booking forms within 3 working days. Once your booking form has been received and processed you will be sent by post/fax full details of your visit, a Teachers' Confirmation Sheet for you to complete and a request for payment.
Once payment is received your booking will be confirmed and we will issue a full VAT receipt. Tickets for performances or for the exhibition will be held for collection.
Please ensure that you return the completed Teachers' Confirmation Sheet and payment before the date shown on the request for payment. Visits are only confirmed when Globe Education has received both items.
Refunds: We regret that we are unable to issue refunds if a booking is cancelled or numbers altered within 14 days of the workshop/lecture/study day date.
Frequently asked questions
How many students can I bring?
We recommend a maximum of 30 for a workshop, 100 for a lecture. We can accommodate up to 3 classes at any start time, subject to availability.
How many accompanying teachers/adults can I bring?
Free teacher places extend to a maximum of 5 teachers/adults per group of 30 students. Teachers/accompanying adults are responsible for the safety, security and behaviour of students at all times during the visit.
Is there anywhere to eat lunch?
At present we have limited areas available for the eating of packed lunches. Lunch space is automatically allocated on arrival to all KS2 and KS3 groups from October to April only. We regret that we do not have any indoor lunch space provision from May to September, though we can direct groups to large grassed areas and benches nearby.
