In Shakespeare's Playhouse

This study day sets Shakespeare's plays in their social, historical and theatrical context and comprises the following elements:

  • A 45-minute exploration of the Globe Theatre.
  • A visit to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition.
  • 90-minute workshop focusing on the play selected for classroom study.

This day is particularly suitable for students preparing for GCSE and may be used as a stimulus for the coursework component. All study days are designed in consultation with the teachers concerned.

Year round: Monday to Friday at 10.00-14.00 or 11.30-15.30

£13.50 per student (minimum charge of £300 per class)

We can accommodate up to 3 classes of 30 students per day, subject to availability.
