Half day visit
Playing the Globe
A practical introduction to the performance conditions at the Globe and their influence on playing style and language. Sessions last 90 minutes including a guided visit to the Globe Theatre. Workshops on particular texts are available on request.

Can be combined with a visit to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition + £3.50 per head
We can accommodate up to 4 classes of 30 students per day, subject to availability.
Full day visit
In Shakespeare's Playhouse
Study Days explore the Globe’s unique relationship between actor, audience and architecture and examine how this relationship shapes the language and dramatic structure of Shakespeare’s plays. The day includes:
- A 45 minute guided exploration of the Globe Theatre.
- A visit to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition.
- 90 minute practical workshop focusing on the play selected for classroom study.
This day is particularly suitable for students preparing for GCSE and may be used as a stimulus for the coursework component. All study days are designed in consultation with the teachers concerned.

10am - 2pm or 11.30am - 3.30pm
Fee: £14 per student - minimum charge of £160 + £3.50 per head for tour + £3.50 per head entry to the Exhibition.
