Half day visit
Shakespeare's Language, Shakespeare's Stage
Offers students a way of approaching Shakespeare’s plays through the context of the Globe playhouse. Through practical exploration students are encouraged to develop an understanding of Shakespeare’s characters and plots, and to engage with the text as a script for performance.
Workshops provide an introduction to Shakespeare’s work and the Globe Theatre and will focus on the play of your choice. The 90 minute session includes a half hour guided visit to the theatre and a one hour workshop on any Shakespeare play.
