Every year Globe Education celebrates the birthday of the Globe Theatre’s founder Sam Wanamaker with a day of workshops, demonstrations and platform discussions. Join a host of Globe professionals for a day of activities for children, families and individuals. Admission free.

Sessions will include:
Storytelling with Globe Education Practitioners
Introducing Macbeth a family workshop
Macbeth on Film with Professor Tony Howard (University of Warwick)
Building the Globe with Peter McCurdy (Master Craftsman)
Talking Theatre question and answer session with members of the Globe Theatre Company
Making Music at the Globe with Globe Musicians
In Form and Moving with Glynn MacDonald (Head of Movement)
The Alchemy of Voice with Stewart Pearce (Head of Voice)
Trippingly on the Tongue with Giles Block (Head of Text)

Time: 10am - 5pm
Venue: Registration at Shakespeare's Globe foyer
Tickets: Free. Bookable from 9am on the day, on a first come first served basis.
